While our packages cover all of our service fees, there are third-party costs required to set up your business. These fees are paid directly from your business bank account during the set-up process.

Common third-party costs include

  • Business license registration fees (varies by state)

  • NPI registration

  • CAQH application processing

  • Insurance panel application fees

  • EHR subscription fees (monthly or annual)

  • Website domain + hosting fees.

Are There Additional Costs?

As part of your practice set-up, we’ll help you open a business bank account and recommend keeping a minimum of $500 in the account to cover these costs as they arise.
